I don't know what models Anmar is producing these days but I caved for over twenty years with Lost Creek packs and they're still good as new!

My favs are a mini tag (shoulder straps) and a cavers special (belt pack).

Of coarse I love my swaygo. My #2 choice would be my flint ridge by Lost Creek its about $57. Just the prefect size for shorter cave trips. I've been working on making some of my own packs and maybe selling them but been to busy lately.

If it was me I'd save your money and get a swaygo or lost creek. It will last you 10 years of hard caving. You
ll save money in the long run.

My 2 cents.

Favorite pack ever came from Buddy Rogers.  $20 or so.  IDK if he still makes 'em.  I think he's hating on cavers these days.

Hey Brian sent me a pic of all the stuff you put in your pack I'll see if I can make you a pack. It will look kinda like this and it will not be water proof. I will cost less than any of the ones at IMO. I have just started making packs and don't know how well they will hold up. but if you don't mind being a ginny pig. I can make you one for pretty cheap. You have a choice of colors. Gray, Black, Digital Camo, Orange, Pink.It will have heavy duty pack straps that you can hook like a back pack or waist pack.
